Our spec was to fully renovate the entire property and bring it back to residential accommodation. In doing so we re-designed some of the interior rooms by making rooms larger to allow for bigger bedroom space with the addition of an ensuite to 3 of the bedrooms and a dressing room to the master bedroom.
A new Natural Gas heating system was installed. New alu clad windows were fitted to the rear of the property and sash windows were replaced throughout. Underfloor heating was fitted to the ground floor. Traditional style radiators have been fitted to replace old style.
All walls have been newly plastered and painted. New flooring of carpets, engineered oak wooden floors and tiling throughout.
The kitchen was relocated to the middle floor with a new modern shaker style kitchen with granite counter tops and integrated appliances.
The main bathroom has been fitted with modern style sanitary wares with a traditional freestanding bath with ball and claw feet with bath/shower mixer with handset. All ensuite’s have wet room area’s fitted with rain fall showers, modern style sanitary wares and heated towel rails. All walls are tiled floor to ceiling throughout each ensuite.
The house in its entirety has been wired for additional lighting. External works were carried out on the property to maintain its period features.
