We retained the firm of Egan Mulready Developments to carry out initial refurbishment works on the upstairs of the property as we were anxious to get the premises up and running from the point of view of moving business premises and the works carried out were not only to a very high standard but also within a time frame that allowed a smooth tranisition into the new premises. We them re-engaged with egan mulready developments to conduct refurbishment works downstairs in the property again to a very high standard. Further works were also required on the downstairs of the property and we had no hesitattion in retaining this firm again, for a third time and had no complaints with the work carried out. We retained the servives of egan mulready developments to build an extension on our home and really only had a basic idea of what we were looking for. Don met us at the house and, over a two hour period, came up with various differing versions of the ideas we had, and we finally went with the proposal that don had suggested, suffice to say we are delighted with the outcome and it certainly surpassed any expectations we had. Nothing was ever a problem and don made the transition, and the unheaval when the rememdial works were being undertaken, as hassles free as possible.
