We employed the services of Egan Mulready & Associates for the Supervision of our Housing Development. We met with Eamonn initially to go through the service required from us and he gave us a fee proposal outlining the various stages of the project. Eamonn inspected the property when requested at each stage and initiated documentation to the Bank for drawdown of funds at each stage and followed through to the final drawdown with Certification.

We hired Egan Mulready & Associates to carry out a planning application for our housing development. This was not going to be a straight forward planning application due to various obstacles. Eamonn met with us and gave us guidance on how to approach the project to bring it to fruition and delighted to say the planning application was successful. We employed the services of Egan Mulready Development for our New Extension and Renovation project. Don has seen our project from an idea to the finished extension. He was open to our views and we spent a lot of time discussing options, materials, finishes, layouts etc. We decided to do our extension while on extended holidays and as an afterthought it would be better to be closer at hand, however, Don did follow the project in our absence, and we are happy with final result.

We retained the firm of Egan Mulready Developments to carry out initial refurbishment works on the upstairs of the property as we were anxious to get the premises up and running from the point of view of moving business premises and the works carried out were not only to a very high standard but also within a time frame that allowed a smooth tranisition into the new premises. We them re-engaged with egan mulready developments to conduct refurbishment works downstairs in the property again to a very high standard. Further works were also required on the downstairs of the property and we had no hesitattion in retaining this firm again, for a third time and had no complaints with the work carried out. We would have no hesitation in working with egan mulready again and look forward to doing so in the future.

We retained the servives of egan mulready developments to build an extension on our home and really only had a basic idea of what we were looking for. Don met us at the house and, over a two hour period, came up with various differing versions of the ideas we had, and we finally went with the proposal that don had suggested, suffice to say we are delighted with the outcome and it certainly surpassed any expectations we had. Nothing was ever a problem and don made the transition, and the unheaval when the rememdial works were being undertaken, as hassles free as possible. We would have no hesitation in recommending egan mulready developments and would certainly be approaching them if we required such services in the future.
